Nettlebed Village Club was built in 1913 by local banker and landowner, Robert Fleming. It was built as a facility for the village and after 103 years it still functions as a community centre, a members bar, an entertainment centre as well as providing two halls which are available for hire for weddings, parties, dances, concerts, wakes etc.
The Valentine Hall, our largest hall is suitable for 180 seated and 120 for dancing and has an adequate stage for bands and an excellent purpose built dance floThe smaller hall seats 80 people at tables and is adjoined by a kitchen, both halls can be hired together. The kitchen, 7m x 4.25m has a Range Cooker, fridge, urns, hot trays, hostess trolleys and crockery and cutlery for 60 people.
